Our process separates the components of grass in two fractions, and further processes these fractions to Gramitherm^® and biogas and/or Gramisan®. Gramisan® is a liquid feed concentrate for pigs and hens, which we developed together with animal feed specialists. Today, Gramisan^® is in the testing phase.

This process secures complete utilisation of all grass components, and generates a very significant value added.

In 2005, Gramitech is founded by Stefan Grass and Granit SA. Between 2005 and 2008, Gramitech’s team developed the product and its process; tested the qualities of Gramitherm® on pilot operations; obtained the product homologation; put in place pilot construction projects.

In 2009, the pilot plant is extended and Gramitherm® is introduced on the market. Gramitech production facilities have been relocated in 2010 and a new product line is expanded.

Since the beginning of 2011, the team has been working on further product cost optimization. New sales partners are now partners in Switzerland and abroad with Gramitech. Business development activities are more than ever the priority of the team of Gramitech.
